It is always important for the teacher to adopt a positive attitude towards student speaking. When teachers adopt a favorable position towards students, they are also teaching students to develop a positiive attitude. As a result, students will feel more confident when performing oral tasks.

I would advise the students not to start a paragraph or a main sentence with "it". Using the key aspect as a subject makes claims stronger and clearer.

The first sentence is too general.

How about the corrected version?

Embracing a positive attitude towards student writing is beneficial for both students and teachers. When teachers adopt a helpful position towards students, they are also teaching students to develop a positiive attitude. As a result, students will feel more confident when performing oral tasks.
